If there is an urgent issue with the LibraryH3lp software (for example, LibraryH3lp is down) and the AskAway Administrative Centre is unavailable (see contact information above), contact LibraryH3lp Support support@libraryh3lp.com. LibraryH3lp Status Alerts are posted in the right sidebar of their blog.
