Create Accounts for Service Providers

As a local coordinator, you're responsible for ensuring service providers have the accounts they need to staff AskAway:

  • You create this account
  • FAQ: Create and manage service provider accounts in LibraryH3lp
• AskAway website account
  • You create this account
  • FAQ: Create and manage service provider accounts on the AskAway staff website
• Campfire account
  • Email the Admin Centre and we'll create this account

Mailing List

All local coordinators should be subscribed to the coordinators@askaway.org listserv. This mailing list is the main communication tool used by local coordinators to send and receive critical information. If you don't think you're subscribed, please contact the Admin Centre.
