The folks at the Public Library part of AskAway have invited any Post-Secondary AskAwayers to attend their upcoming brown-bag training session! Please see the announcement below...
Hi Folks,
All AskAway staff are invited to "Resources for Handling Crowds on AskAway", our next "brown bag" training session. Over the past several months we have slowly been adding and improving our capabilty to handling large crowds of patrons on AskAway. In this training session we'll survey the tools we already have and discuss strategies to improve our capability further. This session will cover scripts, Web pages, procedures, communicating with your colleagues, quick access to subject resources, and more.
Time: Thursday June 28th, 2:15pm - 3pm (log in opens at 2pm)

Attendance is open to everyone using the URL. No need to pre-register. Look forward to seeing you all there next Thursday.
