Next week's Brown-bag presentation will be on the topic: Logout Errors.
These errors can mean that the service will be on all night, so I'll be going over:
1. How to recognise a colleague's logout error
2. How to prevent/fix your own logout errors
3. What to do if a colleague has a logout error
4. What to do if the service will be open all night
This presentation is particularly important for those who have the last shift of any day, but is important for all AskAway service providers.
