We have just completed another busy and successful semester! Our busiest day this semester was November 15, when we had a whopping 216 sessions! That's up 10% from last year's busiest day. The busiest hour was from 7:00pm - 8:00 pm on October 31, with 31 sessions. Spooky!
November and December's usage and form fields statistics are available on the AskAway webpages below:
The Form Fields include additional information, thanks to the new descriptive code feature from QuestionPoint! AskAwayers have labelled many of the questions, providing us with deeper easy-to-access information on the types of questions that learners are asking.
Below is a sample of the overwhelming number of appreciative comments from learners for November and December. Full survey results are available.
Very easy to use and the librarian that helped me was very nice and helpful! I will be using this again! I wish I knew about this service earlier!

Your service saved me a good deal of time. When I became frustrated trying to locate a reference within an online journal that did not provide a works cited, I remembered the ask away option. I'd already tried several journals and several databases without success. By providing the librarian with details of my original source document, she was able to locate the two articles I was searching for--and in a more timely manner than I could ever have accomplished. Your service saved this Ed.D. student time and energy and probably saved me from a big spike in blood pressure, too! Cudos to you all.

I think AskAway is amazing! This is only my second time using it. I have just recently figured out about it. Especially since it helps on weekends! It's awesome. It has helped me a lot. Especially, if you need help last minute or really fast. Also, if you are just really stuck. . .I am amazed with how much they can help.
