November and December 2011 Update

We have just completed another busy and successful semester! Our busiest day this semester was November 15, when we had a whopping 216 sessions! That's up 10% from last year's busiest day. The busiest hour was from 7:00pm - 8:00 pm on October 31, with 31 sessions. Spooky!

The Form Fields include additional information, thanks to the new descriptive code feature from QuestionPoint! AskAwayers have labelled many of the questions, providing us with deeper easy-to-access information on the types of questions that learners are asking.

Your service saved me a good deal of time. When I became frustrated trying to locate a reference within an online journal that did not provide a works cited, I remembered the ask away option. I'd already tried several journals and several databases without success. I think AskAway is amazing! This is only my second time using it. I have just recently figured out about it. Especially since it helps on weekends! It's awesome. It has helped me a lot.
