New Typing Indicator in QuestionPoint

QuestionPoint has new typing indicators for both the patron and librarian. In the Librarian view the patron typing is indicated by the "...is typing" above the chat viewport as well as the (!) exclamation point indicator which can stack with the (+) new message indicator.

The patron also has the message "librarian is typing" displayed at the bottom of their Qwidget chat.

Please be aware that the patron typing indicator seen by the librarian is not always accurate. It appears to "stick" during long AskAway sessions. If a patron "...is typing" for a long period of time without a new message you may want to check-in on their progress.
